Been a while... back on track.. this is the day!

Well it has been a while since I last posted… in the time that has passed. My kids are doing great.. Tyler is growing like a weed and loving to play and just use his imagination and boy does he have one… Parker is crawling all over the place and pulling himself up and just about to walk any day.. He just wants to be around Tyler as much as he can.. it is really cute.. Joshua is back from CA has been for a while.. and our marriage is SO much better PTL.. and I am so glad to be back where we use to be many many moons ago.
This is week two of me walking to work out… running is a while off.. but last week I walked once around the Town Lake Park and this week we are doing two times around.. I am sucking at my food though… I seem to forget that just because I work out I can’t eat whatever I want.. so today I have started to get back on track.. many motivators on this.. my dear friend Heather James, she has lost weight and looks great and that inspires me.. I also got on the scale and did some measurements.. and yeah so motivated the numbers are up… and they should be going down… but it is up to me to get on the band wagon and start being accountable for what I eat.. and for those of you that were keeping me accountable asking me how it was going.. please start that up again.. apparently I need this..
Well off to work some more.. work has really picked up.. YEAH!!!

My Hubby

My Hubby flew back in town yesterday; I could not wait to see him. And since He has been back our time together has been AMAZING. It is like we just got married and I thank God for putting my heart where it should be and not shutting Joshua out. This change has made our relationship 10 times better, not that it was bad to begin with but I know that this is a new beginning for us.. PTL
I love you Joshua Hansen so much! I missed you so much!

Noticed

So I am enjoying my Krizty time but noticing alot at the same time and that is a good thing…. I have noticed how distant I have actually been with the one person I should be the closest too... and that makes me sad to realize that but that will change ASAP and had already stepped towards changing this.... As I have had alot of time on my hands I have realized that my priorities have been messed up in the last few months. I don't want to waste my time on looking at other's status (not that I don't care), but I just feel that the amount of time I spend on FB could be used to better myself in reading something... just sayin.. so that is what I am going through... working through stuff.. amazing what you see when you have no choice, when you have so much you time.. you know?

Update… Ortho. Visit/PT/P Crawling

So I went to the orthopedic doctor on Monday and all is on track, he said there was a lot of cartilage damage, but he fixed most of it. He said that if I did not take care of knee that there would cartilage replacement in my future so totally taking that to heart. I am still going to Physical Therapy and they are adding something new each time…. Making for a rough time but working out the soreness in my knee so that is good.. I almost have FULL range for my knee, I can go one full circle around when riding the stationary bike. This is a huge thing… so that is good.
Yesterday July 13th Happy Birthday Granny for your 80th, Parker started to crawl, he is not moving much but I know in time he will be all over the place.. so will be baby proofing the house soon.. ;)
Tyler is doing well, he is excited to go see his Uncle Mo and Aunt Sheri. (sorry Sheri he doesn’t say She She anymore) He is excited to play with Dexter too!
I have a weekend of Krizty time and looking forward to it.. though I will miss my boys!

PT and off Crutches

Well the second full visit of Physical Therapy and I am doing great they say.. I am off the crutches, unless I go shopping where there are alot of people. My walk is still funny, but I am working on getting my swagger back. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts again..everyone is doing great.. we are going to Party for my Granny tomorrow and Joshua's Parent renew their vows on Sunday... a full weekend of parties! YEAH!
